Commander - David C. J. Potter II
Dave has been a member of the Legion for 30 years and is an active member of Russell-Tryon Post 1435 in Altmar. His eligibility comes from serving 24 years in the U.S. Air Force in the field of Law Enforcement. Upon his retirement he and his wife, Laura returned to Davids home in Orwell with their two children, DJ and Kelley. Laura is a member of Unit 1435 Auxillary and is employed at Samaritan Hospital in Watertown. Both of their children are now grown and are currently employed within Oswego County in the Emergency Medical Services profession.
